Join us for an informal gathering in a reserved area of the Lobby Bar and Patio at the Renaissance Austin Hotel on Friday night from 6pm to 10pm. Snacks will be provided and you can buy your own soft drinks, beer or mixed drinks at the bar.

Saturday, October 13, 6pm - 11pm

On Saturday night we will gather in the Wedgewood Room at the Renaissance Austin Hotel from 6pm to 11pm for social time and dinner. You can buy your own soft drinks, beer or mixed drinks at the bar.
